There are three ways to work with SBH:
Enroll as an SBH Doctor Affiliate today and choose between the following options:

Turn-key Referral/Auto-Delivery Program
- Simply make the product recommendation and refer patients to SBH for all product orders.
- SBH will handle all fulfillment and customer service.
- Patients can order online at www.sbh.com or by calling SBH's toll-free customer service number: 888.433.4726.
- SBH provides your practice with complimentary patient brochures, recommendation pads and other materials for patient education.
- You will receive a monthly report on patient usage/compliance (optional), so you can be kept up to date on this important aspect of your patients’ health regimen.

Dispensing/Wholesale Program
- Purchase products from SBH and offer them to your patients from your practice.
- SBH provides your practice with complimentary patient brochures, recommendation pads and other materials for patient education.

First Bottle Stock Program (Combined Referral & Dispensing)
- Purchase a limited supply of product to offer the first bottle(s) to patients before leaving the office. With the product in hand, patients are much more likely to start the recommended regimen.
- Provide patients with recommendation and first bottle and instruct them to contact SBH to place orders for future on-going delivery. Patients may place orders online at: SBH.com or by calling SBH customer service.
- SBH follows up from that point forward with order fulfillment and on-going customer service.
- SBH provides your practice with complimentary patient brochures, recommendation pads and other materials for patient education.
- You will receive a monthly report on patient usage/compliance (optional), so you can be kept up to date on this important aspect of your patients’ health regimen.

After verifying your practice information (requires up to 2 business days), SBH will provide you with a registration form to fax back to SBH. Once received, we will set up your account and issue your PIN.
